1. Commission Trigger
TIP earns commission when:
- A connection results in a transaction, agreement, or engagement
- Or as otherwise defined in feature-specific terms
2. Non-Circumvention
Users must not:
- Bypass TIP to avoid fees
- Complete off-platform transactions originating from TIP without paying commission
3. Payment
- Commissions are payable immediately upon trigger
- TIP may deduct fees automatically where possible
4. No Guarantee
TIP does not guarantee:
- Deals will complete
- Payments will be made
- Opportunities will materialise
5. Disputes
TIP is not responsible for disputes between users.
